Abortion - the UK law

Abortion

If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy you need to know about the options that are available to enable you to make an informed decision for your future. If you are thinking about an abortion to terminate your pregnancy there are legal requirements and many options to be considered. If you visit one of our Treatment Centres, or Pregnancy Advisory Services, you will be given information, advice and help in a non-judgmental way; we are here to help.

At your first visit, the staff will provide a consultation, assessment and a clinical examination, which will include a scan or a pregnancy test to confirm that you are pregnant together with a routine blood test. The patient advisor can then make an appointment for you with the clinic.
